Melbourne's Silva Service Catering traditional Christmas smorgasbord allows you to fully relax and enjoy your own Christmas breakup or event while we do all the catering work for you.  We will set up a semi-self-serve Christmas buffet where your guests can enjoy their own selected meals in any combinations that they like.  Our staff will cater at your function for the entire food service and assist your guests if needed.  Of course our succulent Christmas turkey roast and glazed baked ham will be carved by our staff only as needed by your guests so that your first guest and your last guest, and everyone in between, all receive the same quality freshly carved roasts.  This is a fantastic Christmas function catering package that everyone will love.

Our mobile catering allows us to cater to you anywhere around Melbourne suburbs or regional Melbourne, and once your guests have finished their meal (or seconds, thirds, or more) our staff will clean up and pack up the buffet, and leave you and your guests to enjoy the rest of your Christmas celebrations.

We can bring our Christmas Catering anywhere in Melbourne, whether it be your home, your office, or your local park.  We supply everything we need for the service side of your function, from staff to equipment and of course the food.  And naturally all of this is included in our prices.

Melbourne's Silva Service Catering will provide your Christmas breakup with the following smorgasbord menu:-

 

  • Roast Christmas Turkey  - served with gravy and extra cranberry sauce
  • Baked Glazed Ham - served with apple sauce
  • Roasted Scalloped Potatoes - in a creamy cheese base
  • Hot & Steaming minted Peas & Baby Carrots

  • Home Made Garden Salad - with a balsamic dressing
  • Fresh Bread Rolls - with butter


And For Dessert

  • Warm Christmas Pudding - served with brandy custard
  • Light & Fresh Pavlova - topped with fresh seasonal fruit and cream

 

So for a full two course exceptional Christmas breakup meal brought to you, with staff, buffet set up & dining ware...  All you have to supply is your hungry staff members and we do the rest.  There's no need to take your office to a restaurant and pay 2 - 5 times our prices, relax in the setting of your choice.

These prices are fully inclusive of food, staff, equipment, high grade disposable dining ware, cutlery & napkins.  If you would like to upgrade to china plates and silverware, please allow an additional $5.50 per person which will cover both courses, plus have our staff clear your guest’s tables at the conclusion of their meals.
